Every roadmap to success at GNA is based in a principled three-step framework, aimed at getting you out of pain and moving better while minimizing risk of re-injury and helping you reach peak performance.

Feel better

  • ​This is what people tend to think of when they describe chiropractic and physical therapy

  • This involves mostly hands-on treatments performed by a clinician such as adjustments, dry needling, soft tissue work, passive therapies, etc.

  • Think of this as performing a "reset" on the system (aka your body)

  • The goal is to reduce pain and inflammation, calm down overactive tissues, restore lost movement, and reduce fear avoidance of activity

  • Once you're feeling better,  we want to focus on functioning better

  • The goal is to restore your pain-free lifestyle while introducing or reintroducing movement and activities
