Expert Sports Rehabilitation for Active People
Personalized one-on-one sports rehabilitation centered on expert assessment and treating the root cause – not just the symptoms – so you can recover from injury faster, move with confidence, and build a body that's ready for whatever comes next.

Helping Active People Get Back to the Activities They Love
At Great North Athletics, our mission is simple: get you out of pain and back to doing the activities you love. We want to help you better understand why your pain or injury happened, what you can do about it, and how to minimize risk of it happening again.
Pain is usually the last thing to arrive and the first thing to go. Anyone can treat symptoms, but figuring out what led to the issue is not always as simple. Luckily, we pride ourselves on being movement specialists and experts in clinical and performance assessments.
We understand the frustration of being sidelined by pain or injury. That's why sports chiropractic and physical rehabilitation are at the core of what we do. Whether you're a high-level athlete or active individual looking to get back to the activities you love without pain, we can help build a plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
More than just a clinic – we're dedicated to human performance. We want to help you raise your capacity, achieve healthy longevity and sustainable athleticism. We focus on bridging the gap from rehab-to-performance with purposeful training programs designed to meet your specific fitness goals.
We're dedicated to helping you regain control of your active lifestyle and reach your peak performance, while building resilience against future injury.
OUR APPROACH
We address activity-limiting problems with a science-based approach that is individualized to your specific needs and goals.
